摘 要:目的探讨ADDIE(分析,analyse;设计,design;开发,develop;实施,implement;评估,evaluate)模型教学法在实习护生化疗药物职业防护岗前培训中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将高职护生分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用ADDIE模型教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,干预后比较两组护生相关问卷得分,分析不同培训方式的应用效果。结果试验组化疗药物职业防护知识水平、态度和行为均优于对照组。结论基于ADDIE模型教学法的化疗药物职业防护岗前培训较传统的岗前培训更具科学性、针对性、有效性,可提高护生化疗药物职业防护知识水平,改善其防护态度和行为,降低化疗药物职业暴露的风险。Objective To investigate the application effect of ADDIE(analyse;design;develop;implement;evaluate)model teaching method in pre-service training for occupational protection of chemotherapy drug for nursing interns.Methods Using random number table method,Nursing student in higher vocational college were divided into test group and control group.The test group was taught by ADDIE model teaching method,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method.After intervention,the scores of relevant questionnaires were compared between the two groups to analyze the application effect of different teaching methods.Results The knowledge level,attitude,and behavior of test group were better than those of control group.Conclusion The ADDIE model teaching method for occupational protection of chemotherapy drug pre-service training is more scientific,targeted,and effective than traditional pre-service training.It can improve the nursing students′knowledge level,improve their protection attitude and behavior,so as to reduce the risk of occupational exposure to chemotherapy drugs.
