淮安高职在校护生职业危害与防护认知现状及影响因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高职在校护生职业危害与防护认知现状及影响因素,为提升护生职业防护能力提供依据。方法采用整群抽样和问卷调查的方法对某高职院校334名在校护生进行职业危害与防护认知现状调查,并对数据进行分析。结果高职在校护生职业危害与防护知识及格率为58.68%,影响因素有生源地和相关培训经历。结论高职在校护生职业危害与防护认知情况不理想,应加强职业防护教育并开设相关课程,提高护生职业防护能力,降低实习及工作中的职业暴露风险。Objective Exploring the status and influencing factors of occupational hazards and protection awareness among nursing students in higher vocational colleges,So as to provide a basis for improving their occupational protection ability.Methods A survey was conducted on 334 nursing students in a higher vocational college using cluster sampling and questionnaire survey methods,and the data was analyzed.Results The overall passing rate of nursing students in higher vocational colleges′recognition and protection knowledge was 58.68%,and the influencing factors included source of recruitment and relevant training experience.Conclusion The recognition and protection of occupational hazards and protection knowledge of nursing students in higher vocational colleges in Huaiyin is not satisfactory.It is necessary to strengthen occupational protection education and hold relevant courses to improve the occupational protection ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and reduce the risk of professional exposure during internship and work.
