摘  要:分析导师在对现有课程设置与轮转安排的认知情况等,结果发现,不同任职年限、不同专业技术职称的导师对课程设置、轮转安排等的认同有差异。临床教学管理部门应与学校研究生管理部门共同研讨,优化课程设置,采用多样化的教学模式,提高专业学位研究生培养质量。Analyzing the understanding of existing course offerings and rotation arrangements among mentors resulted in the discovery that mentors with different lengths of service and professional technical titles had different levels of agreement with these arrangements.The clinical teaching management department should collaborate with the graduate management department of the university to discuss and optimize the curriculum,adopt diverse teaching methods,and improve the quality of professional graduate training.
