摘　　要：本文基于日照钢铁2150mm热轧带钢产线轧后冷却控制系统升级改造,对超快速冷却控制系统的工艺设备布局、控制系统功能、控制系统模块架构及其在合金减量降本方面的应用情况进行了介绍。Based on the upgrading and revamping of post-rolling cooling control system of 2150mm Hot-rolled Strip Production Line in Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper introduces the layout of the process equipment,the function and module structure of the control system,and its application in alloy and cost reduction of the ultra-fast cooling control system.
