摘  要:补体系统是免疫系统的重要组成部分,补体能够有效清除体内的异物,维持身体内环境的稳定,补体系统在一定程度上能够有效抑制肿瘤的发生。但近年来随着研究的不断深入,发现补体系统过度激活也能促进肿瘤的发展。C5a/C5aR作为补体的重要组成部分,在肿瘤中的作用也逐渐受到关注,补体C5a/C5aR激活后可以诱导慢性炎症、免疫抑制微环境、血管生成和癌症相关的信号通路等,从而影响肿瘤的发生发展。提示C5a/C5aR可能成为抗肿瘤免疫治疗潜在的新靶点。文章就近年来国内外关于补体成分C5a/C5aR在肿瘤中相关研究进行综述。The complement system is an important part of the immune system.Complement could effectively remove foreign bodies in the body and maintain the stability of the internal environment.Therefore,the complement system can effectively inhibit tu⁃morigenesis to a certain extent.In recent years,with the deepening of research,it has been found that the over⁃activation of the com⁃plement system can also promote the development of tumors.As an important part of complement,C5a/C5aR has gradually attracted at⁃tention to its role in tumors.The activation of complement C5a/C5aR can induce chronic inflammation,immunosuppressive microenvi⁃ronment,angiogenesis,cancer⁃related signaling pathways and etc.,affecting the occurrence and development of tumors,which indi⁃cates that C5a/C5aR may become a new potential target for anti⁃tumor immunotherapy.This article reviewed the domestic and foreign studies of complement component C5a/C5aR in tumorigenesis in recent years,aiming to provide theoretical references for targeting C5a/C5aR in the treatment of tumors.
