摘  要:实验教学是高等医学教育人才培养的核心环节。机能学以能力培养为导向,构建了集人体机能实验、动物实验和虚拟仿真实验为一体的机能学“三位一体”实验教学模式。通过强化人体机能实验、优化动物实验、引入ESP虚拟仿真实验,改革机能实验课程体系;建立智慧实验教学平台规范动物实验与人体实验数据、精细指导实验流程、实现信息集成化管理;并完善实验教学多维考核评价模式,形成了“三位一体”实验教学新体系。新体系在培养和提升学生实验技能的同时,更注重创新能力与临床思维的培养。经过多年探索与实践,取得了良好成效,有效提升了医学人才培养质量。Experimental teaching is the core link of personnel training in higher medical education.Guided by ability training,functional science has built a functional science"trinity"experimental teaching model that integrates human function experiments,animal experiments and virtual simulation experiments.By strengthening human function experiments,optimizing animal experiments,and introducing ESP virtual simulation experiments,the functional experiment curriculum system is reformed.Establish a smart experiment teaching platform to standardize animal experiment and human experiment data,finely guide the experimental process,and realize information integration management.And improve the multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation mode of experimental teaching,and form a new system of"trinity"experimental teaching.The new system pays more attention to the cultivation of innovation ability and clinical thinking while improving experimental skills.After years of exploration and practice,good results have been achieved and the quality of medical personnel training has been effectively improved.
