摘  要:以底盘关键受力结构件“三角臂”为研究对象,采用铝合金半固态流变压铸成形工艺替代传统钢板焊接工艺实现轻量化,铝合金三角臂本体的静载强度、模态分析及耐久仿真分析均满足性能要求,且静载强度、刚度均显著优于原钢制三角臂。结合高固相半固态流变压铸工艺特点,通过拓扑优化实现了产品半固态“层流充型”的过程控制。金相分析结果显示,半固态α-Al呈近球状且分布均匀,Si颗粒变质正常;经X射线、荧光探伤检测发现,关键受力位置无气孔、缩孔、缩松缺陷,致密度高。开发出的半固态流变压铸铝合金三角臂质量为2.41 kg,相对原钢制三角臂本体减重39.9%,并通过台架性能试验和整车搭载验证。Taking the crucial structural part of chassis,that is control arm,as object,the semi-solid rheological die casting process of aluminum alloy was adopted to realize lightweight instead of traditional steel plate welding process.The static load strength,modal analysis and durability simulation analysis of the control arm body meet the performance requirements,and the static load strength and stiffness are significantly superior to that of original ones.Considering the characteristics of high solid fraction semi-solid rheo-diecasting process,the process control of laminar flow filling was realized by topology optimization.Metallographic analysis demonstrates that semisolidα-Al is subglobular and evenly distributed,and Si particles are normally modified.X-ray and fluorescent flaw detection results reveal that oxide inclusion,shrinkages and porosities are prevented from critical stress positions,indicating desirable density.The weight of developed aluminum alloy control arm by semi-solid rheological die casting is 2.41 kg,which is reduced by 39.9%than the original ones,and the component passes the bench performance test and vehicle verification test.
