摘 要:制造产业链数据要素市场中,应用区块链技术可以削弱客观因素对数据质量的影响,然而还亟需相应激励机制解决企业主观因素导致的数据质量问题。针对上述问题,基于契约理论设计按贡献决定报酬并提高数据质量的激励机制。考虑企业改善数据质量的努力程度与能力水平因素设计二维契约激励机制,并通过与统一定价方案仿真对比来验证激励机制的有效性。研究表明,设计的激励机制可以吸引更多类型的企业加入数据要素市场为改善数据质量付出努力,助力制造产业链数据要素市场的健康发展。The application of blockchain technology in the data element market of manufacturing industry chain can weaken the influence of objective factors on data quality,however,there is an urgent need for corresponding incentive mechanisms to solve the data quality problems caused by subjective factors of enterprises.To address the above problems,an incentive mechanism based on contract theory was designed to determine the reward according to contribution and improve data quality.The two-dimensional contractual incentive mechanism was designed by considering the level of effort and capability of enterprises to improve data quality,and the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism was verified by simulating and comparing with the uniform pricing scheme.The study proves that the designed incentive mechanism can attract more types of enterprises to join the data factor market to make efforts to improve data quality and contribute to the healthy development of data factor market in manufacturing industry chain.
