摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加红发夫酵母对围产期奶牛在胎天数、犊牛体重、初乳质量、血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取90头围产期奶牛,随机分为3组,每组30个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+5 g/d红发夫酵母,Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+10 g/d红发夫酵母。试验期从产前21 d到产后21 d。结果表明:1)Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组奶牛在胎天数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)在产后7 d,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在分娩当天和产后7 d,Ⅰ组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)在产后7 d,血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM含量随着红发夫酵母添加水平的升高而升高;在产后7 d,Ⅱ组血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),在产后21 d,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组血清IL-1β和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,在围产期奶牛饲粮中添加适量红发夫酵母,可以有效提高奶牛在胎天数,缓解氧化应激和提高免疫力,降低奶牛围产期的炎症反应,对奶牛产后的健康有积极作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary supplementation of Phaffia rhodozyma on fetal days,calf weight,colostrum quality,serum antioxidant and immune indexes of perinatal dairy cows.A total of 90 perinatal cows were divided into three groups,30 cows in each group.The cows in control group were fed a basal diet,those in groupⅠwere fed the basal diet supplemented with 5 g/d Phaffia rhodozyma,and those in groupⅡwere fed the basal diet supplemented with 10 g/d Phaffia rhodozyma.The experimental period was from 21 days before delivery to 21 days after delivery.The results showed as follows:1)the fetal days of cows in groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).2)The serum total antioxidant capacity(T⁃AOC)in groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in the control group on 7 days after delivery(P<0.05).The serum malonaldehyde(MDA)content in groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in the control group on the day of delivery and 7 days after delivery(P<0.05).3)Serum im⁃munoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM contents increased with the increase of supplemental level of Phaffia rhodozy⁃ma on 7 days postpartum.The serum contents of interleukin⁃2(IL⁃2)and interleukin⁃1β(IL⁃1β)in groupⅡwere significantly lower than those in control group on 7 days postpartum(P<0.05).The serum contents of IL⁃1βand IL⁃6 in groupsⅠandⅡwere significantly lower than those in control group on 21 days postpartum(P<0.05).It can be seen that under the conditions of this experiment,the suitable addition of Phaffia rhodozy⁃ma to the diet of dairy cows during perinatal period can effectively increase the number of days in the fetus,al⁃leviate oxidative stress,improve the immunity of dairy cows and reduce the inflammatory response of dairy cows,which plays a positive role in postpartum health of dairy cows.
