统编高中思想政治教科书《当代国际政治与经济》的教材逻辑——兼谈中国青少年国际素养的培育

摘　　要：培育中国青少年的国际素养,是发展高中思想政治学科核心素养的应有之义,是新时代中国特色社会主义伟大实践的迫切需要,也是以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人、立德树人的客观要求。统编高中思想政治选择性必修1《当代国际政治与经济》是落实高中学生国际政治经济素养培育的专门教材。它在思想上遵循“培育爱国关天下的国际素养”的价值逻辑,在内容上以“掌握大变局之下的竞合博弈”为知识逻辑,其实践逻辑是“关注并投入鲜活的现实实践”。经过一段时间的教学实践和调研发现,有必要对本册教材的基本原理和底层逻辑作进一步的说明,帮助教师在使用《当代国际政治与经济》进行教学的过程中透彻地理解教材的逻辑关系及核心概念,以更好地实现高中思想政治学科教学目标及育人价值。Cultivating internat ional competency of Chinese teenagers is the meaning of developing the core competency of ideology and political education in high school,the urgent need of the great practice of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and objective requirement of educating people and fostering virtue through education.The textbook Contem porary International Politics and Economics aims to cultivate int ernational political and economic competency of high school students.It fllows the value logic of"cultivating the international competency of patriotism and interna tionalism",the knowledge logic of"mas tering the competitive and cooperative game under changes",and the practical logic of"paying attention to taking part in real practice".After teaching and research,we find it.necessary to further ilustrate the basic principle and underlying logic of the textbook to help teachers thoroughly understand the logic and core concepts of the textbook,so as to realize the teaching and education objective of high school ideology and political education.
