摘 要:为了获得黏度对二元混合液毛细蒸发选择性的影响规律,结合CCD相机搭建了变径单毛细管蒸发装置,研究具有不同黏度的甲醇-水、丙二醇-丙三醇混合液的蒸发特性。结果表明黏度在0.399~0.822 mPa·s时,管口近液面Marangoni对流状态随黏度变化,进而影响二元混合液的毛细蒸发选择性。当黏度小于0.612 mPa·s时,甲醇-水混合液出现“先快后慢”的选择性蒸发现象,但选择性随黏度升高而不断下降。丙二醇-丙三醇混合液在低黏度(0.597 mPa·s)时也出现选择性蒸发。研究方法和结果为后续微型换热器用混合换热介质开发提供参考。In order to study the effect of viscosity on capillary evaporation selectivity law of binary mixtures,a single reducer capillary evaporation setup with a CCD camera was built.The evaporation characteristics of methanol-water and propylene glycol-glycerol mixtures under different viscosities were studied.The experimental results show that the Marangoni convection state changes with the viscosity values near the liquid surface,which affects the capillary evaporation selectivity within viscosity of 0.399~0.822 mPa·s.When the viscosity value was less than 0.612 mPa·s,the methanol-water mixture showed selective evaporation rate of"fast-to-slow"process,while its selectivity decreased with increasing viscosity.Selective evaporation of propylene glycol-glycerol mixtures also occurred at a low viscosity(0.597 mPa·s).The methods and results of this work can be referred for the development of multi-component heat transfer media for subsequent micro heat exchangers.
