摘  要:“政治要强”表现为要具有坚定的政治信仰、要拥有扎实的政治理论、要恪守严明的政治纪律和要具备坚强的政治担当。这是新时代高校思政课教师的首位要求和核心素养,是铸牢意识形态安全防线、发挥思政课教师关键主体作用、做好大学生“四个引路人”的重要前提。为促进高校思政课教师全面落实“政治要强”的要求,弥补理想信念不坚定、理论功底不扎实、政治纪律不严明和责任担当不强烈等方面的不足,提出准入与退出机制、学习与培训机制、政治素质动态评估机制、考核与评价机制以及组织与管理机制等“五位一体”实践机制创新对策。“To be strong in politics”means to have firm political belief,solid political theory,strict political discipline and strong political responsibility.It is the first requirement and core quality of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.It is also an important premise to firmly cast ideological security lines,play the key role of ideological and political teachers,and do a good job of“four guides”for college students.In order to promote the teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities to fully implement the requirements of“to be strong in politics”and make up for the deficiencies in ideals and beliefs,theoretical skills,political discipline and responsibility,put forward the“five-in-one”practice mechanism innovation countermeasures,such as access and exit mechanism,learning and training mechanism,dynamic evaluation mechanism of political quality,assessment and evaluation mechanism,and organization and management mechanism.
