新文科背景下经管类实验教学的改革探索

摘　　要：经管类实验教学是应用型人文社科人才培养的重要组成部分。随着新文科建设的不断推进,如何更好地提升经管类实验教学是目前各高等院校的关注热点。在新文科背景下,传统的经管类学科实验教学面临着课程设置轻实验教学、忽视课程整合、实验教学管理陈旧、师资队伍存在不足等挑战。针对这些问题,聚焦新文科背景下完善经管类实验教学改革的途径,具体提出了实验教学与新经管特色的融合、实验教学新模式的探寻,以及实验教学的师资建设、新机制建立等对策建议,从而推进新文科背景下经管实验教学的改革与创新。Experimental teaching in economics and management is an important part of cultivating talents of applied humanities and social science.With the continuous promotion of the construction of new liberal arts,how to better improve the experimental teaching of economics and management is currently a hot topic for all higher education institutions.In the Context of the new liberal arts,the traditional experimental teaching of economics and management subjects faces challenges such as lacking enough attention on experimental teaching in curriculum setting,neglecting curriculum integration dated experimental teaching management,and deficiencies in the faculty.To address these problems,the paper focuses on how to improve the reform of economic and management experimental teaching under the new liberal arts background,specifically proposes the integration of experimental teaching and new economic and management features,the exploration of new experimental teaching modes,and the construction of teaching staff and new mechanisms for experimental teaching,so as to promote the reform and innovation of economic and management experimental teaching under the new liberal arts background.
