摘　　要：立德树人是新时代高校教育的根本任务,建立课程思政教育教学案例库不仅是实现高校立德树人的有效途径,也是课程思政教育教学的重要工具和有力保障,还有助于深度开发运用相关课程。立足于兰州大学“医学实验动物学”课程思政案例库及教学指南建设项目,从案例库建设的重要意义、构建的基本原则、实现的具体路径、建设的成效及作用等方面论述“医学实验动物学”课程思政案例库的建设过程,为其他课程思政教育案例库的建设提供借鉴与参考。Building morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of higher education in the new era.The establishment of curriculum ideology and politics case library is not only an effective way to foster virtue through education in colleges and universities,but also an important tool and powerful guarantee for the teaching of ideological and political education in the curriculum,which helps to develop and apply relevant courses in depth.Based on the construction project of case library and case teaching of Medical Laboratory Animal Sciences in Lanzhou University,from the aspects of the significance,basic principles,specific paths,effectiveness function of the case library,the paper discusses the construction process of the case library of Medical Laboratory Animal Sciences,which may provide references for other specialized courses.
