摘　　要：“电子线路CAD”是普通高等学校电子信息大类本科生一门重要的专业技能课程。随着现代数字电子技术的发展,高速器件和高速数字系统的使用越来越频繁,高速数字系统设计面临的最严峻挑战就是信号完整性。在本科“电子线路CAD”课程教学中,融入信号完整性分析和设计,帮助学生理解使信号完整性问题最小化的基本设计原则,将应用型本科人才培养与当前工业发展的实际需求更为紧密地结合。Electronic Circuit CAD is a very important course to develop professional skills for electronic information undergraduates.With the development of modern digital electronic technology,the usage of highspeed devices and high-speed digital systems is rapidly increasing.The signal integrity becomes the most critical issue in the high-speed digital system designing.How to practice the signal integrity analysis during the teaching of Electronic Circuit CAD will be quiet helpful for the student to understand the basic concepts and principles.This study will provide a novel way to train the undergraduates to meet the requirements from the realistic needs of the current industrial development.
