大数据时代医学硕士生数据素养的现状研究

摘　　要：目的调查高校医学硕士生数据素养现状,以期为高校培养研究生数据素养能力提供参考。方法基于国内外数据素养评价体系研究,以延安大学医学硕士生为研究对象,采用自编问卷,利用方便抽样的方法,对医学硕士生进行数据素养水平调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果延安大学医学硕士生数据素养得分为(74.88±14.78)分,总体处于中等偏上水平。硕士三年级数据素养优于低年级硕士生;相对于未发表论文的硕士生,发表过论文者有更好的数据素养;基础医学与护理专业的数据素养优于其他专业,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论国内硕士生数据素养水平仍需要不断提升,尤其是数据管理与处理和数据共享与安全。高等院校应重视数据素养能力培养,具有针对性地培养学生数据素养能力。Objective To investigate the current situation of data literacy of medical master′s students in colleges and universities,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for universities to cultivate the data literacy ability of graduate students.Methods Based on the study of data literacy evaluation system at home and abroad,the data literacy level of master medical students was surveyed and the results were statistically analyzed by using a self-compiled questionnaire and a convenient sampling method.Results The data literacy score of medical master′s students of Yan′an University was(74.88±14.78)points,which was generally at the upper middle level.Data literacy in the third year of the master′s degree was better than that of the lower master′s students.Compared with unpublished master′s students,those who have published papers have better data literacy;the data literacy of basic medicine and nursing majors was superior to that of other majors,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The data literacy level of domestic master′s students still needs to be continuously improved,especially data management and processing,data sharing and security.Colleges and universities should attach importance to the cultivation of data literacy ability and cultivate students′data literacy ability in a targeted manner.
