摘　　要：目的探究食管癌组织中Krüppel-like Factor4表达与术后复发转移的相关性。方法选取食管癌患者160例并收集其临床资料。采取免疫组化法检测Krüppel-like Factor4表达,根据患者术后是否复发转移将其分为复发转移组和无复发转移组,对比Krüppel-like Factor 4表达水平,并采用多因素logistic回归分析食管癌切除术患者术后复发转移的危险因素。结果Krüppel-like Factor4蛋白表达与分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移等临床病理参数显著相关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤直径均无相关性(P>0.05)。复发转移组术后Krüppel-like Factor4阳性表达率显著低于未复发转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,Krüppel-like Factor4(OR=2.012,P<0.001)是食管癌术后发生复发转移的独立影响因素。结论食管癌组织中Krüppel-like Factor4表达与患者术后复发转移具有相关性,其对患者术后复发转移具有重要预测价值。Objective To explore the correlation between Krüppel-like Factor4 expression and recurrence and metastasis in postoperative tissues of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 160 patients with esophageal cancer were selected.The clinical data were collected,the expression of Krüppel-like Factor 4 was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the patients were divided into recurrence and metastasis group and non-recurrence and metastasis group according to whether the patients had recurrence and metastasis after operation.Logistic regression analysis of risk factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with esophageal cancer resection.Results Krüppel-like Factor4 protein expression was significantly correlated with clinicopathological parameters such as differentiation degree,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with age,gender and tumor diameter of patients(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Krüppel-like Factor4 in the recurrence and metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the non-recurrence and metastasis group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that Krüppel-like Factor4(OR=2.012,P<0.001)was an independent factor for recurrence and metastasis of esophageal cancer after surgery.Conclusion The expression of Krüppel-like Factor4 in postoperative tissues of patients with esophageal cancer is correlated with recurrence and metastasis,and it has important predictive value for postoperative recurrence and metastasis of patients.
