慈菇平岩汤结合皮内针对乳腺癌根治术疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探究慈菇平岩汤结合皮内针对乳腺癌根治术疗效的影响。方法纳入115例乳腺癌患者,分成对照组与观察组。对照组患者行改良乳腺癌根治术治疗,观察组患者行改良乳腺癌根治术治疗+慈菇平岩汤结合皮内针治疗,比较2组疗效、并发症、治疗前后中医证候积分(乳房胀痛、情志抑郁、善太息、胸胁、易感疲乏等)变化、癌胚抗原(CEA)与血清糖类抗原153(CA153)水平变化、免疫功能指标变化。随访1年,比较2组患者6个月后及1年后复发率情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率更高,并发症率更低,P<0.05。治疗前,2组患者中医证候积分(乳房胀痛、情志抑郁、善太息、胸胁、易感疲乏等)、CEA及CA153水平、免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者中医证候积分、CEA及CA153水平、免疫功能指标均改善,且观察组患者治疗后中医证候积分、CEA及CA153水平、免疫功能指标优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后12个月,观察组复发率(1.72%)低于对照组(12.28%),P<0.05。结论慈菇平岩汤结合皮内针对乳腺癌根治术患者具有积极影响,可以提升疗效,且安全可靠,1年复发率降低,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of Cigu Pingyan Decoction combined with intradermal decoction on radical mastectomy.Methods 115 patients with breast cancer were included and divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group received modified radical mastectomy,while patients in the observation group received modified radical mastectomy+Cigu Pingyan Decoction combined with intradermal needle.The effects,complications,changes of TCM syndrome scores(breast tenderness,emotional depression,good respiration,chest and flank,fatigue susceptibility,etc.),changes of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and serum carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)levels,and changes of immune function indexes were compared between the 2 groups.The patients were followed up for 1 year,and the recurrence rate was compared between the 2 groups after 6 months and 1 year.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher effective rate and lower complication rate(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores(breast tenderness,emotional depression,good breath,chest and hypochondriac,fatigue susceptibility,etc.),CEA and CA153 levels,immune function indexes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))between the 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,CEA and CA153 levels,and immune function indexes in the 2 groups were improved.In addition,TCM syndrome score,CEA and CA153 levels,and immune function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).12 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group(1.72%)was lower than that of the control group(12.28%),P<0.05.Conclusion Cigu Pingyan Decoction combined with intradermal decoction has a positive effect on patients undergoing radical mastectomy,which can improve the curative effect,and is safe and reliable,with a reduced recurrence rate in 1 year,so it is worthy of application.
