云课堂联合心肺复苏场景培训教学模式在非医学类大学生中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究云课堂联合线下心肺复苏(CPR)场景培训相结合的模式在非医学类大学生应用效果,从而促进非医学类大学生CPR急救课程教学改革,提高心肺复苏救治成功率。方法2021年9月海南大学旅游学院招收新生387人(男生189名,女198名)随机分成试验组、医院组、对照组各129人。其中试验组采用云课堂联合线下场景模拟培训,医院组采用以海口市人民医院急诊科医生为授课医生,CPR理论课采用教室授课的传统教学模式,然后进行心肺复苏技能培训。对照组以海南大学20名教师通过120专项师资培训,CPR考核后获得导师培训资格证,作为固定师资,由其对学生进行理论和技能再培训。对比三组间理论及操作考核成绩,优秀率、按压深度和频率满分。结果①试验组、医院组、对照组理论考核成绩分别为(88.48±4.72)、(82.11±6.47)和(82.35±7.10)分,试验组理论考核成绩最高,高于医院组和对照组(t=9.393,P=0.000;t=9.048,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。对照组理论考核成绩最低,但医院组与对照组差异无统计学意义(t=0.292,P=0.771);②试验组、医院组、对照组技能操作考核成绩分别为(88.37±4.81)、(82.50±8.84)和(82.35±6.39)分,试验组操作考核成绩最高,高于医院组和对照组(t=6.359,P=0.000;t=9.246,P=0.000),对照组技能操作考核成绩最低,但医院组与对照组间考核成绩差异无统计学意义(t=0.149,P=0.882);③三组学员的考核优秀率分别为84.49%、55.04%和52.71%,试验组考核优秀率高于医院组和对照组,医院组与对照组间差异无统计学意义;④三组学员的技能考核单项满分率分别为88.37%、65.89%、60.46%,试验组技能考核单项满分率高于医院组和对照组,医院组与对照组间差异无统计学意义。结论云课堂联合线下心肺复苏(CPR)场景技能培训相结合的模式能让非医学类大学生有效掌握CPR知识点和技能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of cloud classroom combined with offline cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)scene skills training in non-medical college students.Methods School of tourism of Hainan University enrolled 387 new students(189 male and 198 female)who were randomly divided into experimental group,hospital group and control group with 129 students each in September 2021.The experimental group used cloud classroom combined with offline scene simulation training,the hospital group used doctors from the emergency department of Haikou People's Hospital as teachers,the CPR theory course used the traditional teaching mode of classroom teaching,and then the resuscitation skills training cardiopulmonary.Lecture and training of CPR skills with 20 teachers from Hainan University as fixed trainers who had passed special teacher training and got the tutor qualification certificate;The scores of theoretical and operational test,the rate of exam excellence,full score of CPR press depth and frequency were compared among the three groups.Results①The test scores of experimental group,hospital group and the control group theoretical were(88.48±4.72),(82.11±6.47)and(82.35±7.10)points.Among them,the experimental group has the highest theoretical performance.It was higher than that hospital group and control group(t=9.393,P=0.000;t=9.048,P=0.000)and the difference was significant statistically.The control group had the lowest score in theory examination and there was no significant difference between the hospital group and control group(t=0.292,P=0.771).②The test scores of skill operation in experimental group,hospital group and control group were(88.37±4.81),(82.50±8.84)and(82.35±6.39)respectively.Among them,the experimental group had the highest performance in operation assessment which was higher than the hospital group and the control group(t=6.359,P=0.000;t=9.246,P=0.000).Control group had the lowest performance in operation assessment and there was no significant difference between hospital group and control
