摘  要:对外话语是国家阐述理念、表明立场的重要途径。我国外交部对外发言中常引用隐喻阐释观点,这类外交话语语义丰富且文化意蕴深厚,故如何将这类隐喻表达确切地传达给国内外受众成为翻译的难点。在生态翻译理论框架下,以语言维度、文化维度和交际维度的转换为翻译方法,探讨2021年人民网日文版外交部发言中隐喻的中译日翻译策略。研究发现,外交部发言中隐喻的转换需要立足对外话语的性质,运用三维转换使译文忠于原文且最大化保留原文风貌,关照目的语受众的阅读体验,从而提高受众的接受认可度。International discourse has always been important for a government to elaborate on its governing ideas,policies,as well as political positions.Because of their rich and profound cultural implications,metaphors are often employed by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in public speeches to get message across on the world stage.Rendering these metaphors into Japanese accurately constitutes a daunting task.Guided by the framework of the Eco-Translation Theory,the paper puts forward the Chinese-Japanese translation methods of metaphors from the linguistic,cultural and communicative perspective.Through an analysis of the metaphors in the column featuring the speeches in Japanese by Ministry of Foreign Affairs on People’s Daily Online in 2021,it is underscored that these three perspectives help retain faithfulness to the source text and the cultural flavor of the source culture,and accommodate the target readers,which in turn ensures the acceptance of the target text.
