研发国际化强度、启发式规则与企业创新持续性关系研究

摘　　要：研究基于中国制造业上市公司2007—2021年数据,探究企业对外研发创新过程中研发国际化强度、启发式规则及社会资源对创新持续性的逻辑影响机理。研究发现,研发国际化强度与创新持续性呈显著倒U形关系;机会利用型和机会创造型启发式规则分别与研发国际化强度同时作用,对企业创新持续性发挥积极、强化作用,但机会创造型启发式规则的协同强化效应更明显。本地制度完善,机会利用型启发式规则与研发国际化强度同时作用,对创新持续性有显著正向影响;政治关联情境下,机会创造型启发式规则与研发国际化强度同时作用,能积极促进创新持续性。Based on the data of listed manufacturing companies in China from 2006 to 2020,this study attempts to explore the logical impact mechanism of how R&D internationalization intensity,heuristic rules and social resources on innovation sustainability in the process of external R&D and innovation.The study found that there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between R&D internationalization intensity and innovation sustainability.The heuristic rules of opportunity utilization and opportunity creation respectively acted on the intensity of R&D internationalization at the same time,and played a positive and strengthening role in the sustainability of innovation,but the synergistic strengthening effect of opportunity-creation heuristic is more obvious than that of opportunity-creation heuristic.Further research shows that the local system is perfect,and the heuristic rules of opportunity utilization and the intensity of R&D internationalization act simultaneously,while the combination of the two has a significant positive impact on innovation sustainability in the context of local institutional improvement.In the context of political connections,the co-use of opportunity-creation heuristic rules and R&D internationalization intensity act simultaneously,which can actively promotes innovation sustainability.
