摘　　要：本文旨在西湖龙井茶产业现状与产业发展中存在问题剖析的基础上,提出了西湖龙井茶传统制作技艺传承与发展建议,并就茶叶企业作为和担当提出了观点与看法。Based on the analysis of current situation and main problems in the development of the West Lake Longjing tea industry,the authors discussed the integration of inheritance and protection of traditional production techniques of West Lake Longjing tea,with regards to the responsibility of tea enterprises under the new situation.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions facing to the West Lake Longjing tea industry were also proposed.
