膀胱癌中CAIX和β-catenin的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨碳酸酐酶IX蛋白(CAIX)及β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在膀胱癌中的表达及临床病理意义。方法对65例膀胱癌组织和31例癌旁尿路上皮免疫组化EnVision法检测CAIX及β-catenin蛋白表达,分析两者表达与膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系及两者表达的相关性。结果膀胱癌组织中CAIX及β-catenin蛋白表达明显高于癌旁尿路上皮(P<0.05)。CAIX蛋白表达与膀胱癌组织学分级、临床分期有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤最大直径、单发/多发无关(P>0.05)。β-catenin蛋白表达与膀胱癌患者组织学分级有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、临床分期、肿瘤最大直径以及肿瘤单发/多发无关(P>0.05)。膀胱癌组织中CAIX及β-catenin蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论①CAIX、β-catenin在膀胱癌组织中表达上调,可能参与膀胱癌的发生;②CAIX和β-catenin异常表达与膀胱癌组织学分级、临床分期有关,提示可能参与膀胱癌恶性发展;③膀胱癌中CAIX、β-catenin表达呈正相关。Objective To explore the expressions and clinicopathological significance of carbonic anhydrase IX protein(CAIX)andβ-catenin in bladder cancer.Methods This study detected the protein expressions of CAIX andβ-catenin in 65 bladder cancer tissues and 31 paracancerous urothelium by the method of immunohistochemical EnVision method,and analyzed the relationship between the expression of CAIX,β-catenin proteins and the clinicopathologic features of bladder cancer as well as the correlation between the expressions of CAIX andβ-catenin.Results Bladder cancer had a significantly higher expression of CAIX andβ-catenin proteins than paracancerous urothelium(P<0.05).The protein expression of CAIX was correlated with the histological grade and clinical stage of bladder cancer(P<0.05),but not with the patient's gender,age,maximum tumor diameter or single/multiple tumor(P>0.05).The protein expression ofβ-catenin was correlated with the histological grade of bladder cancer patients(P<0.05),but not with the patient's age,gender,clinical stage,maximum tumor diameter or single/multiple tumor(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expressions of CAIX andβ-catenin proteins in bladder cancer tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion①The expressions of CAIX andβ-catenin are up-regulated in bladder cancer tissues,which may be involved in the occurrence of bladder cancer.②The abnormal expressions of CAIX andβ-catenin is correlated with the histological grade and clinical stage of bladder cancer,suggesting that they may be involved in the malignant development of bladder cancer.③There is a positive correlation between the expressions of CAIX andβ-catenin in bladder cancer.
