天然植物多酚助力绿色生态健康养殖之进展、挑战与未来

摘　　要：我国传统的日粮模型严重缺乏微量的具有特殊生理活性功能的天然植物生物活性物质,导致动物营养不充分、不平衡,动物营养理论体系不完善,影响动物健康和生态环境,严重制约我国畜牧业的高质量发展。植物多酚是自然界最常见的一大类植物活性物质,具有抗氧化、调节免疫、抑制有害菌、抗病毒、消除炎症、促进消化及改善肉品质等多种生物学功能,具有多途径、多靶点、纯天然、无污染、无残留、无耐药性等特点,被认为是理想的抗生素替代品,在我国动物绿色健康养殖中发挥重要作用。文章针对我国畜牧业中的健康、绿色、生态、可持续发展的重大需求,综述植物多酚的定义与分类、应用历史与现状、生物学活性及功能、代谢特征、降低细菌耐药性、改善养殖环境,以及在畜禽生产中的应用效果。最后,对植物多酚在饲料工业中的研究及应用瓶颈和未来发展进行总结和展望,以期加快天然植物生物活性物质的深入研究与产品创新研制,推动我国畜牧业的健康绿色高质量发展,促进我国农业提质增效,同时为我国动物营养理论体系的创新与发展提供思路。China′s traditional diet model seriously lacks trace amounts of natural plant bioactive sub⁃stances with special physiological activity func⁃tions,resulting in inadequate and unbalanced ani⁃mal nutrition,imperfect animal nutrition theory system,affecting animal health and ecological en⁃vironment,and seriously restricting the high-quality development of animal husbandry in China.Plant polyphenols are the most common plant active sub⁃stances in nature.They have a variety of biological functions such as antioxidant,regulating immunity,in⁃hibiting harmful bacteria,antiviral,eliminating inflammation,promoting digestion and improving meat quality,and other biological functions.With the characteristics of multi-channel,multi-target,pure natu⁃ral,no pollution,no residue,no drug resistance and other characteristics,they are considered as an ideal alternative to antibiotic substitute and play an important role in the green and healthy breeding of ani⁃mals in China.This paper addresses the major needs of healthy,green,ecological and sustainable devel⁃opment in China′s animal husbandry,and reviews the definition and classification of plant polyphenols,the history and current status of application,biological activities and functions,metabolic characteristics,reduction of bacterial resistance,improvement of breeding environment,and the application in livestock and poultry production.Finally,the research and application bottlenecks and future development of plant polyphenols in the feed industry are summarized and prospected,in order to accelerate the in-depth re⁃search and product innovation and development of natural plant bioactive substances,promote the healthy,green and high-quality development of China′s animal husbandry,promote the quality and effi⁃ciency of China′s agriculture,as well as provide ideas for the innovation and development of China′s ani⁃mal nutrition theory system.
