摘　　要：1+X证书制度是职业教育制度设计的创新,是关于复合型技术技能人才培养模式、评价模式、教育教学管理模式的全新制度试验。在1+X证书制度管理体制机制上,国家层面的顶层设计框架和管理运行体系已基本理顺,各地结合自身实际探索出了地方1+X证书制度管理运行机制。本文对山东、浙江、广东、湖南、湖北和四川等6个省级层面1+X证书制度试点管理体制、运行机制进行了深入调查研究,剖析了有效运行经验和存在的短板,给出了省域层面1+X证书制度管理体制和运行机制的建议。The 1+X certificate system is an innovation in the design of vocational education system,and a brand-new system experiment on the training mode,evaluation mode and education and teaching management mode of the compound technical skills talents.In terms of the management system and mechanism of the 1+X certificate system,the top-level design framework and management and operation system at the national level have been basically straightening out,and local governments have explored the local management and operation mechanism of the 1+X certificate system based on their actual conditions.This paper makes an in-depth investigation and research on the pilot management system and operation mechanism of 1+X certificate system in Shandong,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Hunan,Hubei and Sichuan,etc.,analyzes the effective operation experience and existing weaknesses,and gives some suggestions on the management system and operation mechanism of 1+X certificate system at the provincial level.
