摘 要:以1对渐开线外啮合圆柱直齿轮副为分析对象,依据赫兹接触理论建立了齿轮副的线性坐标参数和赫兹应力模型,推导出了啮合线上任意啮合点处的齿面接触应力计算公式,综合分析了不同传动参数对齿面接触应力的影响,并借助MATLAB的数值分析功能得到不同参数下齿轮副接触应力沿啮合线的分布特性图。结果表明:增大模数、变位系数、压力角或者降低转矩可在一定程度上降低齿面接触应力,可为提高齿轮副接触疲劳强度和使用寿命提供理论依据。Taking a pair of involute external meshing cylindrical spur gear pairs as the study object,based on the Hertz contact theory,the linear coordinate parameters and Hertz stress model of the gear pairs were established,and the calculation formula of tooth surface contact stress at any meshing point on the meshing line was deduced,and the influence of different transmission parameters on tooth surface contact stress was comprehensively analyzed.With the help of the numerical analysis function of MATLAB,the distribution characteristics of the contact stress of gear pair along the meshing line under different parameters were obtained.The results show that increasing modulus,displacement coefficient,pressure angle or reducing torque can reduce the contact stress of tooth surface to some extent,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the contact fatigue strength and service life of gear pairs.
