共同富裕视域下我国农村民俗体育高质量发展内在逻辑与实现路径

摘　　要：本研究通过文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,顺应乡村振兴战略的时代浪潮及《“十四五”体育发展规划》宏观远景,以我国社会主要矛盾的变化为突破点,分析农村民俗体育发展现状和厘定农村民俗体育高质量发展内涵,指出我国农村民俗体育高质量发展的“主题主线、主流本质、鲜明特征和时代使命”四重维度的内在逻辑。从“是否以文化为根基、是否做到以农为本、是否形成制度特色”三个视角探索农村民俗体育发展的现实困境。最后,上升到“精神文化层、经济文化层、制度文化层”三个维度提出优化路径予以纾解。提出树立“以农为本”的发展理念,强化文化传承力度,建立健全民俗体育的治理机制,以期协调各方推进农村民俗体育高质量发展,服务于农村民众生产生活为目的的文化统一体,促进乡村振兴。Through literature review and logic analysis,conforming to the era of rural revitalization strategy and the macro vision of The 14th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development,and taking the change of the main contradiction in China as the breakthrough point,the paper analyzes the current situation of rural folk sports development and the rural folk sports high quality development connotation,points out the four dimensions of internal logic,i.e.,theme,mainstream essence,distinctive characteristics and era mission".It explores the practical dilemma of the development of rural folk sports from the three perspectives of"whether taking culture as the foundation,whether being agriculture-oriented,and whether forming system characteristics".Finally,it rises to the three dimensions of"spiritual culture layer,institutional culture layer and economic culture layer"and puts forward the optimization path to relieve it:to establish the development concept of"agriculture-oriented",strengthen the cultural inheritance,establish and improve the governance mechanism of folk sports,in order to coordinate all parties to promote the high-quality development of rural folk sports,serve the production and life of rural people for the purpose of cultural unity,and promote rural revitalization.
