75例根尖周囊肿样病损非手术治疗的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨非手术治疗根尖周囊肿样病损的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月—2020年8月惠州口腔医院江北分院收治的根尖周囊肿样病损患者75例为研究对象,所有治疗由同1名医生完成。治疗6~24个月后复诊评估其治疗效果,对年龄、牙根数目、治疗次数、根尖暗影直径等因素进行统计学分析。结果:75例患者最终评估治愈43例(57.33%),改善17例(22.67%),无效15例(20.00%),总有效率为80.00%。≤45岁患者总有效率高于>45岁患者,初次治疗患者总有效率高于再治疗患者,根尖暗影直径4.00~9.99 mm患者总有效率高于根尖暗影直径≥10.00 mm患者,年龄、治疗次数、根尖暗影直径可影响治疗效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非手术治疗根尖周囊肿样病损的临床效果显著,具有较高的有效率,非手术治疗可作为年轻、初次治疗及根尖病损较小患者的首选治疗方式。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of non-surgical treatment of periapical cyst-like lesions.Methods:A total of 75 patients with periapical cyst-like lesions in Huizhou Stomatological Hospital Jiangbei Branch from January 2015 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects.All treatments were done by the same doctor.After 6-24 months of treatment,follow-up visits were performed to evaluate the treatment effect.The factors such as age,number of tooth roots,times of treatment,and the diameter of the apical shadow were statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 75 patients,43 cases were finally evaluated as cured(57.33%),17 cases as improved(22.67%),and 15 cases as ineffective(20.00%),The total effective rate was 80.00%.The total effective rate of patients aged≤45 years old was higher than that of patients aged>45 years old,the total effective rate of treatment-naive patients was higher than that of retreated patients,and the total effective rate of patients with the apical shadow diameter of 4.00-9.99 mm was higher than that of patients with apical shadow diameter of≥10.00 mm,The age,times of treatment,and diameter of the apical shadow could affect the treatment effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-surgical treatment has significant clinical effect and high effective rate for periapical cyst-like lesions.Non-surgical treatment is the preferred treatment option in young patients,treatment-naive patients and patients with small periapical lesions.
