摘 要:目的:分析CT后处理技术在外伤性视神经损伤中的应用效果及影像学特征。方法:选取2020年4月—2021年4月山东省宁津县人民医院神经外科收治的外伤性视神经损伤患者26例为研究对象,所有患者应用CT平扫技术和CT后处理技术进行检查。比较两种技术的检出率、合并其他损伤情况及影像学特征。结果:CT后处理技术的检出率高于CT平扫技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。26例患者中,视神经管周围骨折5例(19.23%)、眼眶骨折2例(7.69%)、神经管受到压迫3例(11.54%)、眼眶积气2例(7.69%)。CT后处理技术通过多平面三维重建图像观察到患者眼环呈完整性;通过神经走行的斜位重建分析,可了解患者视神经损伤情况;矢状位可以观察患者上直肌、下直肌、斜肌的损伤情况,CT后处理技术能够全方位观察患者视神经损伤情况,影像学特征较直观。结论:CT后处理技术在外伤性视神经损伤中的应用效果显著,能够直观、立体地观察患者的损伤情况,为临床治疗提供重要参考。Objective:To analyze the application effect and imaging characteristics of CT post-processing technique for traumatic optic nerve injury.Methods:A total of 26 patients with traumatic optic nerve injury who were treated in Neurosurgery Department,People's Hospital of Ningjin County of Shandong Province from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were examined with CT plain scan technique and CT post-processing technique.The detection rate of two techniques,concurrent other injuries and imaging characteristics were compared.Results:The detection rate of CT post-processing technique was higher than that of CT plain scan technique,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 26 patients,there were 5 cases(19.23%)of fractures around the optic nerve canal,2 cases(7.69%)of orbital fractures,3 cases(11.54%)of neural tube compression,and 2 cases(7.69%)of orbital pneumatosis.During CT post-processing technique,the integrity of the patient's eye ring can be observed through multi-plane 3D reconstruction image;and the patient's optic nerve injury can be understood through the oblique reconstruction analysis of the nerve course;the injury of the patient's superior rectus,inferior rectus,and oblique muscle can be observed at the sagittal view.CT post-processing technique can observe the patient's optic nerve injury in an all-round way,and the imaging characteristics are more intuitive.Conclusion:The application effect of CT post-processing technique in traumatic optic nerve injury is significant,it can intuitively and three-dimensionally observe the injury of the patient,and provide important reference for clinical treatment.
