摘 要:在1.8 L增压直喷发动机上研究了高能点火耦合EGR对汽油机性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用高能点火模式,使发动机在较高EGR率时仍能稳定燃烧,DCO点火模式,使2 000 r/min、0.2 MPa和2 400 r/min、1.2 MPa工况点最高EGR率分别提高了6%和10%。高能点火模式能有效降低高EGR率时初始内核形成周期,利于火核形成,提高发动机燃烧稳定性。DCO高能点火耦合EGR,2 000 r/min、0.2 MPa工况点在EGR率为14%时仍能稳定燃烧,有效降低泵气损失,油耗降低7.3%。2 400 r/min、1.2 MPa工况点在EGR率为25%时,有效改善爆燃,提高燃烧等容度,使油耗降低6.1%,达到211.8 g/(kW·h)。The effect of high energy ignition coupling EGR on gasoline engine performance was studied on a 1.8L turbocharged direct injection engine.The test results show that the high energy ignition mode enables the engine to maintain stable combustion at a high EGR rate.The DCO ignition mode increases the maximum EGR rate at 2000 r/min and 2 bar,and 2400 r/min and 12 bar operating points by 6%and 10%respectively.The high energy ignition mode can effectively reduce the initial core formation period at high EGR rate,which is conducive to the formation of fire core and improves the combustion stability of the engine.In the case of DCO high energy ignition coupling EGR,when the EGR rate is 14%at 2000 r/min and 2 bar,the combustion is still stable,effectively reducing the pumping loss and reducing the fuel consumption by 7.3%.At 2400 r/min and 12 bar operating points,when the EGR rate is 25%,the knock and combustion iso-capacity are effectively improved,so that the fuel consumption is reduced by 6.1%to 211.8 g/(kW·h).
