摘  要:为实现内燃机低碳化,基于传统发动机结构提出主缸和副缸分级燃烧、组合工作方案。主缸采用燃氧当量比为1.43的甲醇混合气及氧气射流控制混合气着火等措施,构建内燃兰金循环(ICRC),燃烧废气一部分留在主缸,另一部分作为可燃气体送入副缸;利用缸内废气中的活性基团,构建甲醇活化重整新路径,将氢能、碳循环、气体储能、燃油替代技术融为一体,实现醇氢融合燃烧作功。基于“工质移缸”技术,送入副缸的主缸燃烧废气与进入副缸的增压新鲜空气混合燃烧,通过控制副缸燃烧温度,副缸既是主缸燃烧作功的延续,也是主缸燃烧产物后处理器。运用文献研究法,探讨该新型发动机燃烧过程,分析该发动机燃烧温度及其减排效果,论证了该发动机清洁、高效燃烧可行性。In order to realize the low-carbon emission of the engine,based on the traditional engine,the scheme which main cylinder and auxiliary cylinder staged combustion and combined cycle run has been proposed.The main cylinder adopts measures such as methanol mixture with a fuel oxygen equivalent ratio of 1.43 and oxygen jet controlled compression ignition to build the internal combustion Rankine cycle(ICRC).The combustion exhaust gas is pressurized in the main cylinder,some of which was left in the main cylinder,the others was sent to the auxiliary cylinder as fuel gas;By using the active groups in the exhaust gas of the cylinder,a new path of methanol activation and reforming is constructed,it integrates hydrogen energy,carbon cycle,compressed-air energy storage and fuel oil substitution technology to achieve the combustion of methanol hydrogen fusion.Based on the principles of"Charge Transit between Different Cylinders",the combustion exhaust gas which came from the main cylinder is mixed and combusted with the supercharged fresh air which entered the auxiliary cylinder.By controlling the combustion temperature,the auxiliary cylinder not only goes on combusting and working of the main cylinder,but also is the combustion products processor of the main cylinder.By using the literature research method,the combustion process of the new engine was discussed,the combustion temperature and emission reduction effect of the engine were analyzed,and the feasibility of which the new engine combusts in clean and efficient way has been demonstrated.
