紫外光转换胶膜的制备及其在异质结光伏组件的应用

摘  要:为了解决高透胶膜封装异质结光伏组件在紫外光条件下功率偏大和高截止胶膜封装异质结光伏组件功率偏低的问题,以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物(POE)为基体,引入适量的硅烷偶联剂、交联剂、抗氧剂和转光剂(苯并杂环有机化合物),通过共挤流延制得紫外光转换EPE胶膜。结果表明:制得的紫外光转换EPE胶膜在异质结电池片上短波段具有良好的光谱响应。通过紫外光转换EPE胶膜的特殊功能改善紫外光对异质结电池片的破坏,保证异质结光伏组件优异的耐候可靠性。因此,紫外光转换EPE胶膜较好地满足对异质结电池片的封装保护。In order to problem of high power of heterojunction photovoltaic modules packaged with high-transparent film under ultraviolet light conditions and low power of heterojunction photovoltaic modules with high cut-off film packaging,UV-converted EPE films were prepared by co-extrusion casting using ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)and ethylene-α-olefin copolymer(POE)as the matrix,introducing appropriate amount of silane coupling agent,crosslinking agent,antioxidant and light conversion agent(benzoheterocyclic organic compounds).The results show that the prepared UV-converted EPE film has good spectral response in the short band of the heterojunction cell.Through the special function of UV-converted EPE film,the damage of UV light to heterojunction solar cells is improved,and the excellent weather resistance reliability of heterojunction photovoltaic modules is ensured.Therefore,the UV-converted EPE film can better meet the packaging protection of heterojunction solar cells.
