基于乡村振兴视角大学生返乡就业方式探究——以农科大学生为例

摘　　要：充分的人才储备是实现乡村振兴的必要条件,大学生返乡就业有利于充实乡村人才队伍、培育和巩固乡村产业、提升乡村的规划和治理水平,其主要影响因素为大学生的职业定位、家庭情况以及国家的政策引导措施。农科大学生与乡村振兴的各项事业存在较高的契合度,可通过公费农科生项目、招聘考试制度前往乡镇基层事业单位就业,在涉农企业任职或开展涉农创业是主要的返乡就业方式。Adequate talent reserve is a necessary condition to realize rural revitalization.The return of college students to the countryside for employment is conducive to enriching the rural talent team,cultivating and consolidating rural industries,and improving the planning and governance level of the countryside.The main influencing factors are college students'career orientation,family conditions,and national policy guidance measures.Agricultural college students have a high degree of compatibility with various undertakings of rural revitalization.They can go to the township grass-roots institutions for employment through the public-funded agricultural student program and the recruitment examination system.The main way to return home for employment is to work in agriculture-related enterprises or carry out agriculture-related entrepreneurship.
