摘  要:高校辅导员的职业困境,受工作对象、工作环境的影响,表现为本领恐慌、内生焦虑、外部压力、职业倦怠等。破解辅导员职业困境,需要辅导员充分认识大学生的时代特征,不断坚定理想信念、加强本领提升、开展多元合作,也需要高等学校展现更大担当,为辅导员做好工作提供更强支撑保障。Numerous college fudaoyuan are now confronted with career dilemma because of their students and the working environment,who often feeling internal anxiety,external pressure,panic about professional ability and job burnout.To solve the career dilemma,fudaoyuan need to fully understand the new characteristics of contemporary college students,constantly strengthen their beliefs,improve their professional capabilities and carry out multiple cooperation.At the same time,colleges and universities are also required to take responsibility and provide stronger support and guarantee for the work of fudaoyuan.
