研究生导师积极情感的教育价值、动力来源及其培育策略

摘　　要：积极情感是把导师与研究生紧密连接在一起的重要纽带和粘合剂,也是导师与研究生良好互动的保障。导师积极的情感体验直接或间接地转化为他指导研究生的动机和意志。导师积极情感的动力来源于教育的责任、相互的喜爱、解谜的探究和共享的发展。培育导师积极情感的策略:主体认同,强化身份意识;同伴学习,成为彼此榜样;探究对话,尊重话语权利;积极体验,促进自我调节。导师积极情感强化自身的责任意识,同时也是培养研究生科学精神的最好原材料。Positive emotion is an important bond and adhesive that closely connects tutors and graduate students,and also the guarantee of good interaction between tutors and graduate students.Supervisor’s positive emotional experience is directly or indirectly transformed into his motivation and will to supervise graduate students.Mentors’positive emotions are motivated by educational responsibilities,mutual afection,puzzle-solving,and shared development.The strategies to culivate tutor’s positive emotion:subject identification,strengthening identity consciousness;learn from peers,become each other’s example;explore dialogue and re-spect the right to speak;positive experiences promote self-regulation.Tutor's positive emotion strengthens their own sense of responsibility,and is also the best raw material for cultivating graduate students’scientifie spirit.
