摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中色素框同源物6(CBX6)、泛素蛋白4(UBQLN4)表达变化及临床意义。方法选取HCC患者137例,术中获取其HCC组织和癌旁组织,免疫组化法检测组织中CBX6、UBQLN4蛋白表达,Spearman相关法分析二者表达的相关性;随访36个月,绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线,Cox比例风险回归模型分析HCC患者预后的影响因素。结果HCC组织中CBX6、UBQLN4蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05)。HCC组织中CBX6与UBQLN4蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.751,P<0.05)。不同肿瘤最大径、Edmondson组织学分级及TNM分期HCC组织中CBX6、UBQLN4蛋白表达比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。CBX6蛋白阳性表达患者3年总体生存率低于阴性表达患者(P<0.05),UBQLN4蛋白阳性表达患者3年总体生存率低于阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。Ed-mondson组织学分级Ⅲ、Ⅳ级及肿瘤最大径>5 cm、TNM分期Ⅲ期、CBX6蛋白阳性、UBQLN4蛋白阳性是HCC患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论CBX6、UBQLN4在HCC组织中高表达,二者表达变化与肿瘤发生发展有关,是HCC预后的影响因素。Objective To investigate the expression levels of chromobox protein homolog 6(CBX6)and ubiquitin 4(UBQLN4)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)tissues and their relationships with clinicopathological factors and progno-sis.Methods Totally 137 HCC patients were selected.The HCC tissues and adjacent cancer tissues were obtained dur-ing the surgery,and the expression levels of CBX6 and UBQLN4 proteins in the tissues were detected by immunohisto-chemistry.Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between their expression.Patients were fol-lowed up for 36 months.We drew Kaplan-Meier survival curve,and analyzed the factors for the prognosis of HCC patients using Cox proportional risk regression mode.Results The positive rates of CBX6 and UBQLN4 proteins were higher in the HCC tissues than in the adjacent tissues(all P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between CBX6 and UBQLN4 protein expression in HCC tissues(rs=0.751,P<0.05).The expression levels of CBX6 and UBQLN4 protein in HCC pa-tients with different maximum tumor diameter,Edmondson histological grading,and TNM stages were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The 3-year overall survival rate of patients with positive CBX6 expression was lower than that of pa-tients with negative expression,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The 3-year overall survival rate of pa-tients with positive UBQLN4 expression was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression,with statisti-cally significant difference(P<0.05).TNM stageⅢ,Edmondson histological gradeⅢ-Ⅳ,maximum tumor diameter,positive CBX6,positive UBQLN4 were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of HCC patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBX6 and UBQLN4 are highly expressed in HCC tissues,their expression changes are related to tumor de-velopment and progression,and both of them are influencing factors for the prognosis of HCC.
