摘  要:针对引信MEMS安全系统中后坐保险机构在正常发射载荷和勤务跌落载荷下的运动过程难以表征的问题,建立了一种基于瑞利商方法的后坐保险机构理论模型。该方法能够准确计算悬臂质量块式后坐保险机构的固有频率,并完整预测机构在冲击载荷作用下的位移时间过程曲线。仿真分析和实验结果表明,所得机构的位移时间曲线吻合度较高,其固有频率也具有一致性。因此该方法能够准确表征后坐保险机构在冲击载荷下的运动过程,为后坐保险机构的设计与研究提供理论指导。Aiming at the problem that the dynamic response process of the setback latch of MEMS safety system under the normal launch and service drop load is difficult to characterize,a theoretical model of the setback latch based on the Rayleigh quotient approach was carried out.The method could accurately calculate the inherent frequency of the cantilever mass block type setback latch and completely predicted the displacement time course curve of the mechanism under the action of impact load.The simulation analysis and high-speed photography experimental results showed that the displacement time curves of the mechanism obtained from theory,simulation and experiment were in good agreement,and their natural frequencies were also consistent.Therefore,this method could accurately characterize the motion process of the setback latch under the impact load,and provide theoretical guidance for the future design and research of the setback latch.
