摘 要:为了对引信设计提供详尽的膛内弹道环境信息,根据某大口径火炮身管混合膛线设计,结合弹丸在膛内运动的角速度公式,得到了该火炮混合膛线约束下的弹丸膛内角加速度特性。弹丸在渐速膛线与等齐膛线接合处角加速度发生突变,变化率达73%。此突变会使无结构止转的引信或弹丸偏心零部件在渐速膛线与等齐膛线接合处发生相对转动,即不再与弹丸同步旋转而发生“丢转”现象,进而影响引信机构的正确作用。In order to provide detailed information of the ballistic environment in the bore for the design of the fuze,according to the design of the mixed rifling of the barrel of a large-caliber cannon,combined with the angular velocity formula of the projectile moving in the bore,the angular acceleration characteristics of the projectile under the constraint of the mixed rifling of the cannon were obtained.The angular acceleration of the projectile changes abruptly at the junction of the progressive rifling and the equal rifling,with a change rate of 73%.This sudden change will cause the eccentric parts of the fuze or projectile with no structure to rotate relatively to rotate at the junction of the progressive rifling and the equal rifling,that is,it will no longer rotate synchronously with the projectile,and the phenomenon of“lost rotation”will occur,which will affect the correct function of the fuze mechanism.
