摘  要:影响中厚板成材率的因素包括品种规格结构、氧化烧损、厚度控制精度、切边量以及轧制长度等。在定量分析各因素对成材率影响的基础上,结合兴澄特钢中板分厂生产线自动化改造、设备控制精度提升和工艺调整,提出了改善成材率的具体方法。通过加热制度优化、厚度控制精度提升、切边量和轧制长度优化等一系列措施,使成材率得到稳步提高。The factors that affect the yield rate of medium and heavy plate include product mix specification structure,oxidization burning loss,gauge control precision,side trimming amount and rolled length etc.On the basis of quantitative analysis on the effects of various factors on yield rate,in combination with the automation revamp,equipment control precision improvement,process optimal adjustment of the production line in Medium Plate Plant of Xingcheng Special Steel Works,specific method of yield rate improvement is raised.By taking a series of measures such as reheating system optimization,gauge control precision improvement,side trimming amount and rolled length optimization,the yield rate is steadily increased.
