摘  要:微生物广泛用于饲料添加剂的生产,可直接添加至饲料中,或作为酶制剂、氨基酸等发酵制品的生产菌株。微生物菌株的耐药性、产抗菌药物、产毒能力和致病性等特征直接影响饲料添加剂的质量安全。本文系统综述了欧盟微生物饲料添加剂及发酵制品生产菌株的管理、安全性评价要求和技术方法,为我国饲料添加剂用微生物菌株安全性评价体系的建立提供科学参考。Microorganisms are widely used in the production of feed additives,which can be used as direct feed microorganisms,or used as fermentation production strains for enzyme preparation,amino acid and other fermentation products.The safety characteristics of microbial strains,such as antimicrobial resistance,antimicrobial production,toxigenicity and pathogenicity,directly affect the safety of feed additives.In this paper,the strain management,safety evaluation requirements and technical methods of feed additives in the European Union were systematically reviewed,which could provide reference for the safety evaluation of feed additive strains in China.
