摘  要:对十堰地区综合性三甲医院异地门诊患者就诊体验进行调查分析,采用描述性分析、t检验、方差分析和多元线性逐步回归分析了各种因素对总满意度的影响,认为影响异地门诊患者满意度的主要因素为服务态度、医疗费用感知、就诊技术,注重异地患者感知、提升诊疗技术是改善其体验的核心,建议十堰地区可着手建立异地患者体验的监测评价和持续改善机制,进一步增强患者就诊体验。A survey and analysis of the off-site outpatient experience in Class A tertiary hospitals in Shiyan area was conducted.Using descriptive analysis,t-tests,variance analysis,and multiple linear stepwise regression,the impact of various factors on overall satisfaction was analyzed.The main factors affecting the satisfaction of off-site outpatients are considered to be service attitude,medical cost perception,and consultation technology.Focusing on off-site patient perception and improving diagnostic and treatment technology is the core to improve their experience.It is suggested that monitoring,evaluation system and continuous improvement mechanism for off-site outpatients can be established in Shiyan City so as to further enhance the patients’consultation experience.
