摘　　要：设计了小型三轴机械手工作台的方案。方案以PLC为主控制器,配以触摸屏作为上位机,三轴伺服作为三个坐标方向的驱动,气动夹爪作为工件夹紧和放松的执行器件。还设计了软件控制流程图,包括总流程图以及手动控制和自动控制。本设计可应用于工程现场的三轴伺服运动,也可服务于职业院校的自动化类专业的教学研究。The scheme of small three-axis manipulator worktable is designed in this paper.In the scheme,PLC is the main controller,touch screen is the upper computer,three-axis Servo is the drive of three coordinate directions,and pneumatic gripper is the implement of clamping and relaxing for the work-piece.The software control flow chart is also designed,including the total flow chart and manual control and automatic control.This design can not only be applied to the three-axis servo motion on the project site,but also can serve the teaching research of automation specialty in vocational colleges.
