摘　　要：数字动态能力的提出是动态能力理论的拓展。它是企业在数字化背景下动态能力的一种独特表现,关于其概念、构成和作用机制的研究尚处于起步阶段。文章认为数字动态能力是企业为抓住机遇,应对数字动态环境的变化,利用数字技术在现有的资源和能力的基础上发展而来的新的特定能力,是企业数字化转型成功的关键要素之一。通过对我国制造企业235份有效调查问卷的实证分析,揭示了数字动态能力对数字化转型绩效的影响机制。研究结果表明:1)数字动态能力由数字感知能力、数字捕获能力、数字转换能力构成,对制造企业数字化转型绩效产生积极影响。2)数字感知能力、数字捕获能力、数字转换能力分别对制造企业数字化转型绩效产生积极影响,其中数字转换能力的影响最大。The proposal of digital dynamic capability is the expansion of dynamic capability theory.It is a unique expression of enterprise's dynamic capability under the background of digitalization,and the research on its concept,composition and mechanism of action is still in its infancy.This paper holds that digital dynamic capability is a new specific capability developed by enterprises on the basis of existing resources and capabilities by using digital technology in order to seize opportunities and respond to the changes of digital dynamic environment,which is one of the key elements for successful digital transformation of enterprises.Through an empirical analysis of 235 valid questionnaires from manufacturing enterprises in China,the influence mechanism of digital dynamic capability on digital transformation performance is revealed.The results show that:1)Digital dynamic capability consists of digital sense capability,digital seize capability and digital transform capability,which has a positive impact on the digital transformation performance of manufacturing enterprises.2)Digital sensecapability,digital seizecapability and digital transformcapability each have a positive impact on the digital transformation performance of manufacturing enterprises,with the digital tranformcapability having the greatest impact.
