摘 要:数字经济时代,信息技术的应用为企业的价值创造开辟了新的机遇,成为企业的业务驱动因素和竞争优势的来源。然而,作为支撑和推动企业应用数字技术的IT人员在其中的作用却鲜少有研究提及。因此,文章重点关注了数字经济时代企业IT人员能力的变革,并实证检验了IT人员能力帮助企业获得竞争优势的内在逻辑。结果表明,新时代IT人员的利用能力和探索能力具有一定的区分度。IT人员的利用和探索能力都对IT驱动的企业竞争优势有显著影响。其中,利用能力对竞争优势的影响力显著大于探索能力的影响。而IT人员能力受企业现有IT资源显著影响。此外,分析结果还表明,将IT业务外包的企业在IT人力资源和IT人员能力方面表现更优。In the era of digital economy,the application of information technology has opened up new opportunities for value creation and become a business driver and a source of competitive advantage for enterprises.However,the role of IT personnel,who support and drive the application of digital technologies in enterprises,has rarely been mentioned in studies.Therefore,this paper focuses on the change of IT personnel competencies in enterprises in the digital economy and empirically examines the internal logic of IT personnel competencies that help enterprises gain competitive advantage.The results show that the utilization and exploration competencies of IT personnel in the new era are somewhat differentiated.both utilization and exploration competencies of IT personnel have a significant impact on IT-driven corporate competitive advantage.Among them,the influence of utilization capability on competitive advantage is significantly greater than that of exploration capability.In contrast,IT staffing capabilities are significantly influenced by the available IT resources of the firm.In addition,the analysis results show that firms that outsource their IT operations perform better in terms of IT human resources and IT staffing capabilities.
