分层分组管理模式在手术室护理人员中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析分层分组管理模式对手术室护理人员的影响。方法选择2020年3月—2021年3月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院手术室的护士24名,采取抽签法,将护士分为两组,每组各12名,对照组给予常规管理措施,研究组行分层分组管理模式,分析比较两组护理质量评分、不良事件发生情况、两组手术医生护理满意度。结果管理后两组比较,研究组护士的护理质量评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术医生对护理工作的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理不良事件发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用分层分组管理模式可提升护士的综合素养和技术水平,获得手术医生的满意,降低不良事件的发生率,并从根本上提升护理工作的质量,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of stratified group management mode on nursing staff in operating room.Methods 24 nurses in the operating room of Shandong Guoxin Health Care Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 12 nurses in each group by drawing lot.The control group was given routine management measures,while the research group was given hierarchical group management.The nursing quality score,the occurrence of adverse events and the nursing satisfaction of surgeons in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After management,the nursing quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Surgeons in the study group had higher satisfaction with nursing work,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events was lower in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical group management mode can improve the comprehensive quality and technical level of nurses,obtain the satisfaction of surgeons,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and fundamentally improve the quality of nursing work,which is worth applying.
