摘　　要：本课题是以公立医院纪检监察为主体开展领导干部监督方式方法创新探索,选择纪检审计联动监督的研究视角,针对纪检对领导干部尤其是经济管理领导干部监督能力不足的突出问题,突破纪检单方面的监督范围,引入内部审计的监督力量,梳理出廉洁教育、廉洁风险防控制度建设、日常监督、经济责任审计、查办案件等联动结合点,尝试构建审计驱动的领导干部经济管理廉洁风险预警机制,并提出完善纪检审计联动监督工作机制的初步设想,以期实现纪检和审计优势互补、整合发力、联动监督,助力公立医院提高经济管理领导干部监督质效。This topic is to carry out the innovation exploration of leading cadres supervision methods and approaches with the discipline inspection and supervision of public hospitals as the main body,and the research perspective of linkage supervision of discipline inspection and audit is chosen.In response to the outstanding problem of insufficient ability of discipline inspection to supervise leading cadres,especially economic management leading cadres,it breaks through the unilateral supervision scope of discipline inspection,introduces the supervision power of internal audit,and sorts out the linkage combination of integrity education,integrity risk prevention and control system construction,daily supervision,economic responsibility audit,and investigation and handling of cases.Try to build audit-driven economic management integrity risk warning mechanism for leading cadres,and put forward preliminary ideas to improve the work mechanism of discipline inspection and audit linkage supervision.In order to achieve the complementary advantages of discipline inspection and audit,integration of forces,linkage supervision,help public hospitals to improve the quality and effectiveness of economic management leadership supervision.
