摘  要:为建立防暑清热饮中总多酚和挥发性成分含量的测定方法,通过酒石酸亚铁法测定总多酚的含量,顶空气相色谱法测定薄荷酮、薄荷脑和百秋李醇的含量。结果总多酚、薄荷酮、薄荷脑和百秋李醇线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),平均加样回收率(RSD)分别为103.62%(2.33%)、90.29%(2.81%)、95.36%(3.49%)和90.20%(3.94%)。建立的测定方法简单、灵敏,能够准确测定该制剂中总多酚和挥发性指标成分的含量。A method for determination of total polyphenols and volatile components in Fangshu Qingre mixture was established.Total polyphenols were determined by ferrous tartrate method,menthone,menthol and patchouli alcohol were determined by headspace gas chromatography.The linear relationship between total polyphenols,menthone,menthol and patchouli alcohol was good(R≥0.9991),and the average recoveries(RSD)were 103.62%(2.33%),90.29%(2.81%),95.36%(3.49%)and 90.20%(3.94%),respectively.The method was simple,sensitive,and could accurately determine the contents of total polyphenols and volatile index components in the preparation.
