摘  要:基于装置安全、工艺安全和应急安全演练不同角度的安全理论要求,构建了合成氨工艺及事故应急演练3D虚拟仿真实验。该仿真实验面向我校化工学院安全工程系的学生,包括合成氨工艺、液氨泄漏中毒及合成氨塔顶泄漏着火应急演练。学生不仅可以学习工厂的整体布局、工艺流程及特定设备的结构原理,还可以学习紧急安全处置技能。通过学习,可提升学生对合成氨工艺流程、设备布置、安全生产技术的理解,强化学生工程设计能力。Based on the safety theory requirements of plant safety,process safety and emergency safety drill,a 3D virtual simulation experiment of synthetic ammonia process and emergency drill was constructed.The simulation experiment was open to students from the safety engineering department of School of Chemical Engineering of our university,which included emergency drills on synthetic ammonia process,liquid ammonia leakage poisoning and top leakage fire of synthetic ammonia tower.Students could not only learn the overall layout of the plant,process flow and structural principle of specific equipment,but also learn emergency safety disposal skills.Through learning,students could improve their understanding of process flow,equipment layout,chemical safety production technology,and strengthen their engineering design ability.
