摘　　要：阐述异常信息捕捉及故障诊断装置系统的特点,功能设计,包括供配电保护单元、移动工程师工作站、智能通信采集控制器的功能要求,现场安装的应对措施。This paper expounds the characteristics and functional design of the abnormal information capture and fault diagnosis device system,including the functional requirements of power supply and distribution protection unit,mobile engineer workstation,intelligent communication acquisition controller,and the Countermeasures for on-site installation.
