摘 要:帕金森病(PD)是第二常见的神经退行性疾病,在老年人群中有较高的发病率,严重影响老年人的生活质量。早期PD的临床表现不显著,早期诊断和及时干预治疗对控制病情进展有非常重要的意义和价值。越来越多的证据表明铁与PD的发生有着密切的联系,检测脑铁含量对于诊断PD有着重要意义。目前,评估脑铁含量的MRI技术包括T2WI、SWI、定量磁化图、磁场相关成像和直接饱和成像,多样的反映脑组织铁蛋白和铁蓄积的变化。本文就目前MRI检测脑铁含量的研究进展进行综述。Parkinson's disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease with a high incidence in the elderly population,which seriously affects the quality of life and life safety of the elderly.Early clinical manifestations of Parkinson's disease are not significant.Early diagnosis and timely intervention are of great significance and value in controlling the progression of the disease.More and more evidence shows that iron is closely related to the occurrence of Parkinson's disease.The detection of iron content in brain is of great significance for the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.Currently,magnetic resonance imaging techniques for evaluating iron content in the brain include T2WI,R2,magnetization weighted imaging,magnetic correlation imaging,and direct saturation imaging,which can reflect changes in ferritin and iron accumulation in the brain tissues in a variety of ways.In this paper,the research progress of nuclear magnetic resonance in the determination of iron content in brain is reviewed.
